Terms of Service

These terms define authorized, responsible use of SenderGlow and the limits of deliverability measurements.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using SenderGlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SenderGlow provides controlled mailbox warm-up, inbox placement measurement, mail-quality analysis, DNS-health information, and related reporting. Features may change as the product develops.

SenderGlow reports observed measurements and does not operate or control Gmail, Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo, internet service providers, blocklists, or other third-party delivery systems.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must have authority to connect every mailbox, domain, or system supplied to SenderGlow. You are responsible for account security, accurate information, and activity initiated under your access.

4. Acceptable use

You may use SenderGlow only for lawful email infrastructure and mailboxes you are authorized to manage. You must not use the Service to:

  • send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive messages, or unsolicited bulk email;
  • evade provider enforcement, suspension, or technical safeguards;
  • access another person’s mailbox or data without valid authorization;
  • misrepresent identity, message origin, or consent;
  • interfere with the Service or attempt to discover credentials or protected systems;
  • violate provider terms, privacy law, anti-spam law, or other applicable rules.

We may pause or terminate activity that creates provider, security, legal, or reputational risk.

5. Connected mailboxes

Mailbox connection is voluntary and permission-based. Google connections use OAuth and do not disclose your Google password to SenderGlow. Other providers may require app-specific credentials. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions shown by your provider and may disconnect at any time.

6. Measurements and results

No guaranteed inbox placement

Email placement depends on many external factors. No warm-up system can truthfully guarantee delivery to every inbox.

Placement results describe the connected measurement network and observation time shown in the report. Scores, recommendations, and warm-up activity are informational and do not constitute a warranty that future messages will reach a particular folder or recipient.

7. Availability and beta status

SenderGlow may be provided as a beta or controlled-access service. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, provider-policy compliance, or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Ownership

SenderGlow and its software, interface, brand, documentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in data you lawfully provide. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” SenderGlow disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and guaranteed deliverability. SenderGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service or third-party provider decisions.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke connected-account access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, legal risk, provider-policy concerns, or threats to users and systems. Eligible deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
