1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the SenderGlow website, application, inbox placement testing, mailbox warm-up, mail-quality analysis, and related reporting services (collectively, the “Service”). SenderGlow is an independent email deliverability product operated from Türkiye.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to connect and operate the email account or domain you provide.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact information

We may process your email address, account identifier, provider, selected settings, support correspondence, and technical information required to maintain the Service.

Deliverability observations

For placement tests and warm-up operations, we process identifiers assigned to SenderGlow-generated messages, timestamps, selected email headers, authentication results, Gmail labels, and the actions applied to those recognized messages.

Technical information

We may process IP address, browser type, request timestamps, security events, and service logs for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and reliability.

3. Google user data

Google API Services User Data Policy

SenderGlow’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect a Google account, Google displays the permissions requested before you consent. Depending on the feature you select, SenderGlow may request Gmail metadata, modify, and send permissions.

  • Gmail metadata is used to identify SenderGlow test or warm-up messages and observe their labels, timestamps, identifiers, and approved headers.
  • Gmail modify is used only for recognized warm-up messages, for example to move such a message from Spam to Inbox or update its read state.
  • Gmail send is used to send controlled warm-up messages and replies while your warm-up plan is enabled.

SenderGlow does not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not read or persist the body content of unrelated mailbox messages.

See our Google Data Use Disclosure for a concise permission-by-permission explanation.

4. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the feature you explicitly selected.
  • Measure observed Inbox or Spam placement inside the connected measurement network.
  • Execute the warm-up schedule and interaction limits you configure.
  • Generate service reports and diagnose failures.
  • Protect users, providers, and the Service from abuse or unauthorized access.
  • Meet legal obligations and respond to valid requests.

SenderGlow does not guarantee universal inbox placement. Reports describe measurements made by the Service at the stated time and within the stated network.

5. How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information or Google user data. Information may be processed by infrastructure and security providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information if legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Google user data is not transferred to advertising platforms or data brokers.

6. Security

OAuth refresh tokens and mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the components required to operate the Service. We use HTTPS in transit, explicit host controls, rate limits, bounded logs, and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously work to reduce risk and respond to incidents.

SenderGlow never asks for or stores your Google account password when Google OAuth is used.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account configuration and encrypted authorization credentials while the connection remains active or as needed to provide the Service. Placement identifiers, labels, timestamps, and operational records are retained only for product reporting, security, and legally required periods. Message bodies are not retained as part of the Gmail warm-up or placement workflow.

You may request deletion by contacting us. We will delete or anonymize eligible data unless retention is required for security, dispute resolution, or law.

8. Your choices and controls

  • Pause a warm-up plan from the SenderGlow application.
  • Disconnect a mailbox and stop future activity.
  • Revoke Google access at Google Account connections.
  • Request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information.

Revoking Google access prevents SenderGlow from receiving new Google access tokens. You may also ask us to remove the stored connection record.

9. International and regional rights

Depending on your location, applicable law may provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or complaint to a data-protection authority. We respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law, including relevant provisions of Türkiye’s personal data protection framework.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by another appropriate method. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

11. Contact

Questions, privacy requests, and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected]. General support is available at [email protected].
